Meet your teacher:  Stef Kling

• 30 Years of Spiritual Experience. A Western Meditation Master. Key qualities: Purity & Unconditional love.
• I am always looking to find the most powerful techniques. It is not a coincidence that I this search led me to Tibetan Buddhist meditation practices.
• I had a very deep enlightenment experience in 2015. This happened in two waves: the first was total Emptiness, the second was total Bliss.

•  Since 2018 I have studied Tummo / Tibetan Tantra. This is the path of Bliss. In started teaching this in 2021.

•  In 2019 I have lived on prana for a year  to reach higher levels of purity. A year without food.

•  After 7 years of working very intensively with Tummo I shifted my focus on a a deep study of Emptiness in 2025.

•  One of my key strengths is to make very complex teachings accessible in a simple and direct way. 

• I am very approachable and teach in a direct, no-nonsense way. There is no room for lofty jargon or fluff in my teachings.
